Richer design generation — multi-screen outputs, aesthetic systems, and a smart setup modal
The design tool has been completely overhauled to produce multi-screen, production-quality outputs. A new setup modal collects aesthetic direction, sections, interactivity level, and copywriting tone before generation. The AI now commits to a full design system — typography, palette, layout motif — and applies it consistently across every screen.
- Design setup modal — choose aesthetic, required sections, interactivity level, and copywriting tone before generating
- 5 aesthetic systems with locked tokens: Dark Modern, Light Minimal, Editorial Warm, Bold Vibrant, Luxury Premium
- AI design system commitment step — AI declares exact fonts, hex palette, and hero type before writing any HTML
- Video hero and cinematic animated gradient orb hero patterns added to the generation prompt
- Design tool now enforces complete multi-screen blocks — single-screen output is flagged as a generation failure
- Sections selected in the modal are distributed across all screens — no longer interpreted as scope for just one screen
- New animation classes in every generated screen: scroll-reveal (.sr), animated counters (.counter), floating orbs (.fl, .fl2, .fl3), glow pulse (.gp), shimmer
- Bento feature grid and asymmetric layouts replace generic 3-column icon cards in generated designs
v1.2.6

Fixed Play button showing wrong design and color preservation in prototype mode
This release fixes two critical issues in the design experience: the Play button now correctly shows the currently displayed design instead of a different one, and colors are properly preserved when running in prototype mode.
- currentHtml state is now properly synchronized after design generation completes
- Fixed handleRunToggle to use the currently displayed HTML as the source of truth for which frame to show
- Play button now shows the exact design you are viewing instead of potentially showing a different design
- Colors are now preserved when running designs in prototype mode - CSS variable definitions are injected properly
v1.2.5
April 22, 2026
Design mode is now in beta with a cleaner workflow and faster iteration
This release introduces the first beta version of the design experience, giving you a focused space for building and refining layouts with a more polished workflow.
- Design mode beta introduced for early access to the new design workflow
- Cleaner interaction flow for creating and refining layouts inside the design surface
- Design experience includes updated visual polish to match the beta release
v1.2.4

Gyroscape App Builder with live preview, session management, and personalized greetings
This release ships the Gyroscape vibe coding tool — a full AI-powered app builder with a live preview environment. Preview sessions are cleaned up automatically when you close a project, and the home screen greets you by your name.
- Gyroscape AI App Builder (/gyrocode) — generate and iterate on React/Vite apps via natural language with a live preview
- Preview session lifecycle — sessions are terminated automatically when the tab closes, page navigates away, or project is switched
- Dev server port is detected automatically from startup output — eliminates port-in-use crashes on session start
- Code Generation tip shown below the input box when Code Generation mode is active — reminds users that projects are saved browser-only
- Personalized greeting on home screen now shows your first name (parsed from display name or email username) instead of a generic "Hello!"
- Preview iframe now loads correctly — fixed response headers on /gyrocode routes that were blocking preview embeds
- Stale preview sessions are cleared on project restore so old disconnected previews no longer cause blank iframes
v1.2.3
April 15, 2026
Incognito mode, AI personalization, and smarter file handling
This release brings a private session mode that prevents history from being saved, a fully-featured personalization system so the AI adapts to your tone and style, and cleaner file attachment handling so images show up correctly in the conversation.
- Incognito mode toggle (ghost icon, top-right of home screen) — no chat history saved during private sessions
- Frosted pill banner at top-center indicates when a private session is active
- Personalization tab in Settings — configure tone, warmth, enthusiasm, headers, emoji usage, about-you context, and custom instructions
- Personalization instructions are now injected last in the AI prompt chain, overriding global style defaults
- Attached images persist in the user message bubble after sending
- File chips no longer flicker or stay visible in the follow-up input after a message is submitted
- Files are now scoped to the single message they were attached to — not carried across the conversation
- GTM and GA4 analytics now fires on all pages including /login, /new, and /gyrocode
- Login page redirect moved client-side so analytics tags load before any navigation occurs
v1.2.2
April 10, 2026
Smarter greetings, better input, and Google Analytics integration
This release polishes the home screen experience with intelligent name parsing, a taller and more comfortable chat input, improved file attachment chips in follow-up chats, and full Google Tag Manager + GA4 instrumentation.
- Google Tag Manager added to all pages via root layout
- GA4 property integrated alongside existing Google Ads tag
- Greeting intelligently parses display name to show only the first name
- Follow-up chat input auto-switches to expanded mode when a file is attached
- Anonymous users see "Hello!" instead of "Gyroscape" on the home screen
- Empty chat textarea min height increased to 2 rows for better usability
- File attachment chips redesigned — compact thumbnail + filename, hover-to-remove
- Version badge now shows latest version with a dismissible close button
v1.2.1
April 9, 2026
Device sign-in is smoother across login, logout, and desktop handoff
We tightened the Gyroscape authentication flow so device approval and desktop login survive the extra redirects that happen when a user needs to sign in first.
- Desktop login flow aligned more closely with the Gyrocode device-auth handoff pattern
- Device approval now preserves its pending verification URL when sign-in is required first
- Login and logout flows return users back into device approval more reliably after authentication
- Bare /device redirects that could lose the verification code and trigger the Invalid Link screen
- Root redirect behavior so login-required flows can still reach /login instead of being forced to /new
v1.2.0

A premium, lighter search experience and intelligent guidance
We completely overhauled the core research interface to be visually lighter and introduced intelligent focus mode assistance to streamline your search workflow.
- Dynamic hover tooltips implemented for focus mode pills
- Vertical spacing optimized in EmptyChatMessageInput for a compact layout
- Search composer background adjusted to bg-black/[0.03] for a cleaner feel
- Removed "Made in India" badge and footer branding for total focus
- Ensured high-contrast readability across light and dark modes in the new UI
v1.1

- Study mode for focused academic research sessions
- Transitions between chat, notes, and saved research
- Polished empty states across notes and library views
- Navigation affordances improved for mobile and desktop
- Context loss when switching between search and notes
